Your watch deserves a patient hand
Mechanical watch inspection, cleaning, and thoughtful restoration — carried out at our Pattaya workshop by someone who genuinely enjoys the work.
Send an Enquiry See Our ServicesWhat we offer
Three focused services, each designed to match where your watch actually is — not where a sales script wants it to be.
Quick Care Check
A relaxed inspection for owners who are unsure whether their watch needs attention. We look at timing, the crown and seal condition, and give a light external clean — finishing with an honest note on whether further work is actually worthwhile.
- Timing accuracy check
- Crown & gasket condition
- Light external clean
- Clear written feedback
Movement Cleaning & Lubrication
A focused clean and re-lubrication for mechanical watches that have not been serviced in some years. The movement is inspected, worn points are noted, and everything is freshly oiled for more comfortable everyday wear.
- Full movement disassembly
- Ultrasonic part cleaning
- Fresh lubricants applied
- Written condition report
Restoration & Refinishing
A combined restoration covering full movement service and careful case and crystal refinishing for older pieces. Work is paced thoughtfully and tested over several days. You are consulted before any component is replaced.
- Full movement service
- Case & crystal refinishing
- Multi-day timing test
- Owner consulted on parts
Why people come back to us
A few things we believe in that shape the way we do the work.
Honest assessment first
If your watch does not need a service, we will say so. There is no pressure toward any particular outcome.
Time taken properly
Mechanical watches are not rushed through. We test over multiple days so you get a stable, reliable result.
Hands-on experience
Over 15 years working with mechanical movements — vintage pieces, daily wearers, complicated calibres.
Clear written notes
Every service includes a condition report in plain language — what we found, what we did, and what to watch for next.
Your say in the process
For restoration work we check in before replacing any component. The final result should feel true to your watch.
Convenient Pattaya location
Walk in to drop off or collect. We are easy to find on Beach Road and happy to answer questions in person.
Not sure what your watch needs?
Drop us a message with a description or a photo and we will give you an honest read — at no charge and no obligation. A short conversation is often all it takes to know where to start.
Questions we hear often
Straightforward answers to things people usually want to know before getting in touch.
How do I know if my watch needs a service?
Common signs include the watch running faster or slower than usual, feeling rougher when you wind it, or noticing the crown feels loose. If you are simply unsure, the Quick Care Check is designed exactly for that situation — it ends with clear advice rather than a service recommendation you may not need.
How long does a typical service take?
A Quick Care Check is usually ready within two or three working days. Movement cleaning and lubrication typically takes five to seven days including testing. Restoration work can take two to three weeks because we run the movement for several days before completing the case work — steady results take a little time.
What kinds of watches do you work on?
We focus on mechanical and automatic movements — vintage pieces, mid-century watches, and modern everyday wearers. We do not work on smartwatches or watches with digital modules. If you have a particularly rare or complicated piece, just reach out first and we can discuss whether it is a good fit.
Will you replace parts without asking me first?
No. During a restoration we contact you before sourcing any replacement component and explain what it is and why it is needed. For cleaning services we will note worn parts in the report and discuss options at collection. Nothing is done without your knowledge.
How should I send or bring my watch?
Most customers drop off and collect in person at our Beach Road workshop — this is the simplest approach and lets us discuss the watch together. If you are posting from elsewhere in Thailand, use a tracked, insured service and pack the watch in a firm box with padding. Contact us before shipping so we can confirm receipt.
Do you offer any follow-up support after a service?
Yes. If you notice anything unexpected in the weeks after collection, contact us and we will take a look. We stand behind our work and want you to be comfortable with the outcome.
